Shipping & Returns

 

Every order ships complimentary within the United States via USPS Priority Mail, arriving in 2–3 business days once shipped. Each parcel is fully insured and tracked, and a signature is required on delivery — you'll receive tracking by email the moment your bow leaves our studio.

 

Each bow is made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for preparation before shipment.

 

We do not currently ship internationally.

 

 

Lost packages

 

 

 If your tracking shows delivered but your bow has not arrived, please allow 2 to 3 days and check with your local post office. If it still has not appeared, write to us at [email protected]. Every piece is insured for its full value, and we will stay with it until it is resolved.

 

Returns

 

 

All sales are final. Each piece is handmade to order and cannot be resold.

 

If your bow arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] — it will be repaired or replaced under our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

 

To preserve fair access to Capsule 01, purchases are limited to three bows per colorway, per customer.
